We are not unaware that distinguished Senator Attai Idoko, the unpopular senator of Kogi east district, who have been under-representing the people of Igala land for the past 16 years, is leading this unholy move to the PDP leadership in Abuja to change the will of the people in the state having failed to actualise his evil agenda of automatic ticket for another term in office.
We therefore use this opportunity to warn the Prince Uche Secondus led PDP to allow the will of the people to prevail and insist on free, fair and credible primary to determine the candidate for Kogi east senatorial election in 2019 and other aspirants of various position for the zone using the legitimate delegates.
Furthermore, we want to state that the regional PDP Caucus , though a partisan body of all ex-PDP Leaders of Kogi east, will not hesitate to work against the PDP should the party leadership refused to heed to our warning”, the statement end.
